At our hospital, we do a lot of critical care monitoring and blood transfusions. Currently, we are either using the anesthetic sheet or handwriting a sheet and uploading it later. I would like to have a sheet for monitoring that does not include anesthesia. It works ok the way it is but when we save it, it saves as "Anesthesia Sheet". It would make it more clear in the record to have a "Monitoring Sheet" that is more universal for general monitoring or transfusions.
This is a good idea. But we did get confused how to automate document naming method. If we rename anesthetic sheet into monitoring sheet how would you like to differentiate between anesthetic sheet, transfusion sheet and post-operative sheet when they are downloaded?
