Transferring department

When I transfer one patient from 1 department to another it takes me back to all departments on the main screen. Now with the new list of departments, I have to deselect all the other departments in order to get back to my own. This is very inconvenient. Can you make it so that once you transfer a patient you stay in the transferring department on the main page?
