Easier viewing of notes for treatment lines

Instead of having to touch each separate line to see the notes for that particular treatment it may be quicker and more convenient to touch the hour box at the top to reveal all the notes at once for each particular line activity.  This would save me between 5-10 minutes going through all the separate lines.
