Frequency box in medication instructions

Our hospital has a very hard time with the way medications display on a flow sheet. The highlighting is not always reliable. We need a box to actually type in a frequency. It would be helpful if, on the flow sheet,it displays the medication frequency. For instance the line should read "50 Amoxicillin 1 Tablet PO BID". This would be easier for our boarding facility in our hospital.
