When NPO automatically takes food options off

We have run into the issue where you can have both NPO and food orders on the same treatment sheet.  Is there a way that if an animal is placed on NPO that it automatically gets rid of food orders?

    There are other cases too, where orders could be improved by an awareness of mutual exclusivity. NPO is one of the more obvious ones and I encounter this multiple times daily, often after the patient has been fed :(
