#10904 While using the anesthetic sheet, the user is being kicked out of Smart Flow and it completely closes.

Device:   Ipad 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an anesthetic sheet and start Anesthesia.

Actual result: 

While using the anesthetic sheet, the user is being kicked out of Smart Flow. It completely closes the app.

Expected result: 

The user can work as usual.


To turn the ipad off and on again.

Customer impact: 

Affects (probably) 1 clinic.

    It seems there's no BUG (because 2 iPads working with the same anesthesia).

    Additional information: the clinic informed: "Smart Flow shut down completely and went to the iPad home screen. She did not mention anything in regards to the Wifi connectivity or how strong the signal was, however, I did have a couple of issues with connectivity on 2 other iPads that day. We have 5 surgery iPads, but only one is used per patient. There would not have been anyone else logged into this anesthetic sheet at the same time."

    Workaround: it seems a few times where this has happened because two people were working on the same anesthetic sheet on two different iPads. Basically causes a double up of information and so crashes the sheet because it's meant to be worked on in one iPad only.

    You can look at a patients anesthesia sheet in another iPad, but unfortunately, you can't enter data on two anesthesia sheets at once. Your team will have to exit out of the anesthesia sheet for that patient when it leaves the room and then open the sheet up again on the next iPad you go to. You won't lose data that way, the timer will keep running, but you won't get a conflict of data happening and subsequent crash.
