Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a clinic account that has 6 logins.

2. Try to use 7 logins.

3. Seek to get information about what devices are using 6 logins and what device is trying to use the 7th login (and from what IP-addresses).

Actual result:

Step 2:

A message "logins are exceeded" appears.

Step 3:

The user is not able to get information regarding what devices are using 7 logins (and from what IP-addresses).

Clinic cannot get the whole picture regarding logins usage: which devices are using 6 logins and from what IP-addresses (i.e. IPads, PCs, tabs on browser, which disabled devices are using +1 login because of "10-minutes after turning off" rule, what medics are using logins "from home" and from what IP-addresses, what devices are using +1 login because of "10-minutes after SF-app-reinstalling" rule, etc.).

The support team can observe from their admin. panel how many times this clinic reaches max. number of logins and how many logins are used now (but cannot get info what devices used logins when this clinic got "logins are exceeded" message).

Expected result:

Step 2:

A message "logins are exceeded" appears (with the link to additional info).

Step 3:

The clinic can get the whole picture regarding logins usage (and from what IP-addresses).

Customer impact:

Affects (probably) all the clinics.

There are some typical examples of clinic feedback:

"Our whiteboards have started logging out with an error that we're exceeding our logins. Is there any sort of audit/controls we have over who and what is logged in, especially from off site, so we can regain control of our logins?"

"We are unable to log into the computer as it is reporting device limit exceeded.  We do not have 6 devices running smartflow. We require urgent help."

*So, the clinic needs to get the whole data (not only the message "logins are exceeded" ).

Useful information:

The clinic needs to get the whole data (not only the message "logins are exceeded" ):

who (i.e. iPads numbers, PC, how many tabs on each PC, what devices use login because of "10-minutes after turning off" rule) uses logins when the clinic got a message "logins are exceeded".

So, the clinic needs to know where each login is used when the message "logins are exceeded" appears.
