#11445 When the clinic creates patients from EMR (INFINITY/Impromed) account ID, some of them are making Smartflow-flowsheet with all line items duplicated

Steps to reproduce:

  1.  Set these settings:

2. Create a patient on INFINITY/Impromed interface.

3. Check the Flowsheet of this patient. 

 

Actual result:

When the clinic creates patients from EMR (INFINITY/Impromed) account ID, some of them are making Smartflow-flowsheet with all line items duplicated (see screenshot below):

Step 3 

When the clinic creates patients from EMR (INFINITY/Impromed) account ID, Smartflow-flowsheet has no line items duplicated:

 

Workaround: 

 

Delete this patient and  create this patient again.
