Allow Anesthetic Sheets to be created on computer, not just iPads Merged

Monitoring is best recorded on aniPad, but the lead or doctor creating the treatment sheet often does so on a computer.  It would be helpful to be able to have access to Anesthetic Sheets somewhere other than an iPad
