Steps to reproduce:

1. Set these settings: 


2. Discharge the patient.

3. Check email (are there reports).

4. Check EMR-interface.

Smart flow files have been saved 100 times to the record in Ezyvet

Expected result:

There is 1 email regarding this patient.

    This BUG was potentially fixed in the 14.2 iPad version. To resolve the issue, we would recommend updating your iPads to the 14.2 app version.
