A version of the flow sheet for specialty practice or appointments

Our rehabilitation clinic does not always need a flow sheet with a 12 hour timeline as we generally treat our patients on an outpatient basis, typically with in an hour. It would be great if there were a simplified option without the timeline for treatments and procedures to be done within a single appointment.
