Change time between monitoring in 'real time' for anaesthetics specifically for emergencies Merged

Currently we can select the time between data entry on anesthetic sheets before starting anaesthetic and then we can't change it. It would be good to be able to change this while the anaesthic sheet is active. Specifically for monitoring emergencies where monotoring can start out frequent but the be reduced. (E.g oxygen therapy/snake envenomation/snail bait etc)
