Flowsheet duration should have the option of 18hr or even custom

This would benefit the clinics that stay open late, either regularly or on specific days.  For those clinics that open early or employees start earlier.  Our staff are at our clinic 6:15 - 22:00 regularly, and the flow sheet is crowded enough.

    I see the value for clinics that stay open late, but the custom idea is great for any clinic.
