It would be incredibly helpful to be able to qualify any CAUTION that is entered as follows:
CAUTION: WILL BITE
or
CAUTION: FEARFUL
We will use the critical note to qualify but often the critical note is needed for an actual critical note.
Also, it would be very helpful for the CAUTION to appear in the patient header as opposed to just on the photo area. That was it is very obvious and the qualification can also be easily read.
