IDEXX SmartFlow Ideas Portal

Hi, I was looking to see if there was a way to manipulate the format of the whiteboard or export it to an excel file or something that would have a condensed list of all the pets within selected departments so that we could see on 1 page
A) their name,
B) clients last name,
C) chart #,
D) Dr who created the template,
E) and their species.

We can crudely do this by selecting the departments we want and copying over them on the website and pasting them into a word document but it is very time consuming. Currently every morning we walk through the hospital and hand write the listed information for each pet to get a list of all the pets in the hospital and then type it up, and with the capabilities of Smartflow were trying to use it to make our lives easier.
