IDEXX SmartFlow Ideas Portal

This may seem like strange request but was looking for function that was more like a typical whiteboard that you know everything has been completed with this patient if all tasks are crossed off the board.

I am not exactly sure how to do this best but maybe a function in smart flow saying ready for discharge that you can select, i.e. before and actual discharge. That way the doctors and hospital staff know everything is done with this patient, all treatments billing etc and your just waiting for animal to be collected.

I would think the whole patient to change to different colour or maybe have obvious strike through the entire name to says its all been completed and then have it automatically go to bottom of whiteboard so you have more room to see all patients on screen that still require treatments.

That way it just sits waiting for owner to come collect and then front reception staff know its ready to go home and can discharge it from smart flow once it leaves.
