IDEXX SmartFlow Ideas Portal

Sometimes pets are admitted for things other than true problems. For example we have a lot of drop off patients just for vaccines etc that don't have a 'problem really'. Can we possibly have some flexibility to change what required fields are.

This affects us with the software we use as it doesn't integrate perfectly and you always have to go back into smart flow and enter a 'problem' or you can't discharge patient.
