Task/Notes ( alert on the Flowsheet when there are notes)

Could we get some kind of alert on the Flowsheet when there are notes, or in hybrid mode, an alert there are notes, not just an alert of the tasks? This would really aid in the pet's safety and to make sure important communication about the pet's care is being passed on to all staff.
