With the recent update to Smartflow, the default is always all departments. Since we change departments an we first have to un-check every single department one by one except the department or departments we want, each time we pick up the ipads This has made our daily work with the ipads slower, more cumbersome, and frustrating for all our staff Please, please allow us some kind of default options to start with no departments checked. Or at least adjust it so when the "All departments" box is unchecked, all departments individually are unchecked. Then the practice can choose based on what helps the specific practice the most!
