Picker box linking with billing

Is it possible to link the numerical option on the picker with the billing function? So If you had a procedure that you billed per item, but often did a lot of those procedures (ie if you charge radiographs individually) per patient, you could simply select the number from the picker and it would automatically bill for that amount.
