Default Departments for Whiteboards

Hi, we have quite a few Departments within our Hospital and we were wondering if there is a way we can have All Departments set as the default whiteboard whenever you open up Smartflow?
Therefore our staff can then select their appropriate department they are working within from here as apposed to the last department that was used on that Ipad.
