Client/Patient Check-IN

If the patient has been here before, can we restore the file or do we have to input all of the information in again?
I know that you can retrieve the client/patient information from the archives, only for a few days, but I "wish" there was a way that you could add existing patients in Smart Flow that we have already seen. It would really cut down client/patient check in time.
