IDEXX SmartFlow Ideas Portal

It would be great if you could make the workflow tasks button have a picker list - we use the tasks list to say where a patient is in the appointment- would be great to have options like "patient roomed" and a picker list to choose which room they are in.  Or Tech Exam- an initial picker list to say which tech is working with that patient.  Would make a lot less work than having to edit the patient information each time.  PLEASE CONSIDER!  Thanks
