Seperate lines on the whiteboard for Vet and Nurse tasks

Splitting the tick section on the whiteboard to include a vet row and a nurse row for the same patient. Ideally have them different colours, e.g yellow and green. Then at a glance the vets can see if it is their task that needs doing vs nurses and vice versa. For example walking and TPR would be on the nurse row and examination, billing dr treatment approval would be on the vet row.
