Switch from icons to text controls

Most my staff is ready to pitch smartflow.  They can't remember which icons were supposed to do what.  When it was text, it was easy to see where to go.  Now not even the order of items is the same.  Being able to switch from icons to text would help staff who have been using smarflow for awhile to navigate better and faster.
