Move the "delete patient" button to the bottom of the list, and put "Edit Info" at the top.

It is more common to need to edit patient info, and less desirable to delete a patient, we should switch these in the list while in edit mode. That way "Edit Info" is at the top and easy to find in red, and delete patient would be harder to see.
