Allow removing billing trigger for anesthetic sheets

On a regular treatment sheet when we type in anything with four or more letters, a box pops up asking if we want to include the billing trigger. We want this to happen with anesthetic sheets.

    Hi Jennifer,

    I just tested this on my own iPad and it is most certainly displaying the billing YES/NO popup when I enter 4 or more characters. Can you please verify your Smart Flow application is updated to the latest version 15.9.1 and if you are still not seeing this popup please reply here or contact our support team for further investigation.
