Alert for urination

Hi,
I've had a request from one of the vets, but I'm not sure if it's possible. She would like an alert to appear if a patient hasn't urinated in more that 12 hours.
I'm not sure how this would happen as our urination parameter is a drop down list, so I don't think SFS would know that there hasn't be urination.
So, I guess I'm just asking if anyone has requested anything like this before or if there is some way around it?"
