Ability to have treatments every 48 hours Merged

Quite often we have patients who have long term stays, but have medications which are only required every 48 hours. Currently there is no way to set this up automatically, which means we have to go through the smartflow and manually delete/add treatments. This can get quite messy, and there is the risk that the treatment will not get done when it is required.
