2. Check the Analytics-data in your monthly PDF-report.
Analytics-data included in analytics for the last month looks to be full and correct and it is in dissonance with the April analytics PDF-report.

This issue should not prevent you from seeing the analytics for your account. Because the sent to you PDF file contains only a link to the 1 most commonly used template.
That is, in a monthly PDF-report, the data is indicated only for the 1 template, which is most often being in use.
To get the full picture, you just need to click the "SEE OTHER BUSINESS ANALYTICS IN YOUR HOSPITAL" button (please see screenshot below) at the bottom of the PDF report and you will be redirected to your analytics page.
And from here you will see the complete and correct information on the template you used most often, and on the other templates that you used.
Thus, now you can see your analytics.
