It may happen that a patient is sent to SmartFlow from EzyVet from the wrong clinical record by mistake. It prevents charges/data going to the wrong record. That will be useful to have an option to change the clinical record number from DSmartFlow interface
This would be extremely helpful. Our practice has several departments and a large number of appts each day. There have been many occasions where a patient is checked in and sent to SF under the wrong clinical record and it's a nightmare to back track and fix. Please make this happen!
