Lock Patient chart while entering patient notes.

I can not count how many times that I have been entering patient chart notes (ie discharge info) and someone dischartges the patient at another station, and my screen just disappears and ALL of my notes are lost! Helpful to not have to reinstate pt to just finnish my notes!
