Client Survey at the time of discharge
Specifically from a client point of view as a customer survey at the time of discharge.
The thought process I had is to have an ipad at reception and when a patient has finished their treatments in hospital we "discharge them" this sends a link/message to the ipad at reception and a staff member gives the ipad to the client and they fill in a quick 30 sec survey about their experience at the hospital and this gets saved as a PDF and gets emailed to our clinic email and it will have all the patient details (Name, patient number etc) this will get saved as a form with all the other flow sheet, anesthetic sheet etc
