IDEXX SmartFlow Ideas Portal

We are a low cost high volume clinic, we see appointments and walk-ins.  Appointments come first then walk-ins as time allows.  The first thing we doctors need to know is who is the next patient?  If we could add a scrip to smart flow such that when we click on tpr/history- to indicate we are seeing the patient in room 1, it would bump that patient to the bottom of the list, hence moving the next available patient to the top of the list, this would make the program functional for us.  

We previously used a file folder holder on the wall, appointments on the left, walk-ins on the right.  You could tell instantly who the next patient was and move on.  Now we stand in front of the board for 5 minutes between patients trying to figure out who is supposed to be seen next.
