Billing/no-billing functionality

In case we choose an item on the flowsheet to be non-billable and there appears a red triangle in the corner, there is no way to change it back and make billable for the same cell. If we put initials into this cell and choose to make it billable, it still has a red triangle in the corner. However, this function works vice versa; if the item was made billable in a cell, it can be changed to a non-billable without any problem. It would be great to have this function work both ways.
