Patients with known anxiety should be reevaluated frequently to ensure a comfortable hospitalization

Yes. This could be utilized in the same way as the "monitoring per hour". You can free type instructions (monitor for cage biting, pacing, vocalization, pawing at kennel, etc.) . We can select -, +, ++, or +++ to indicate anxiety or at least allow for the user to enter anxiety and the associated signs.
