Option to track changes made toward workflow on the flow sheet\anesthetic sheet from web and iPad

Hi guys,

There is a need to see who might be working with the same hospitalization and made changes toward workflows (who, where and when). I would love to see an adjustable time stamp system on the workflow (like extubation/standing time) while it does take the simplicity from the task list it increases the accuracy of the information.
