Date stamp Workflow items in the billing report

Currently we are unable to bill directly from the Workflows as they do not 'Date stamp' so in long term patients our admin team do not know what days the workflow was added and if it needs charging. It would be good to have workflows date stamped like Anaesthesia etc in the billing report so admin can use this section for billing.
