Scrolling time on PC view of treatment sheet

The times on top of the treatment sheet should scroll down in PC view, so when I have a long treatment sheet with multiple medications, monitoring parameters, and procedures, I can easily see at what time each thing is occurring without having to scroll up to the top of the parameters.
