Abbreviate the Dr names on white board

Can we abbreviate the Dr Names on white board. On the iPads the names are abbreviated. If you look at how are white board looks on the ipads it is different then how it displays on workstations. Can you change the way it displays on the workstation so that it looks like the iPad.
