Pop up in rx works of template options on admit

When admitting a patient into smartflow it would be great if there was a pop up box in rx works (or similar) to give options for plan of the day instead of having to load a pre-filled one.

Eg: "cat castration" could have the following tick boxes: pre-anaesthetic bloods, premedication, castration, nail trim, medications, paperwork, book discharge. - Not all these options should be loaded automatically for every cat castration (for example if the owner declines pre-anaesthetic bloods or declines a nail trim).

Making us use only pre-loaded templates reduced flexibility and pre-loads the system with errors that then have to be undone (eg. remove nail trim from castration template if it is declined by that patient).
