We have created tailored templates for admissions in our hospital- we do not want to use the default template- but we cant remove it.
Or if it cant be removed can you make the first one that comes up when picking the highest in alphabetical order rather than default- it keeps getting used accidentally when people arent paying attention
It sounds like you're seeing a list of templates in your RXWorks (Practice Information Management System, PIMS) in a window that looks something like this screenshot?
The order items are displayed in this window is controlled by RXWorks, but if you're seeing Default first consistently, RXWorks may be specifying that. I can't think of why else it would show up above templates that start with letters earlier in the alphabet.
Please feel free to grab a time in my calendar if you want to address this further, I'm keen to better understand what's going on.
Sincerely,

That doesn’t help us as are a multi department hospital with about 10 different templates depending on what it is coming in for.
I’m not sure what PIMS is but we send them from RX works. Lx
It might help if you save your Admissions template AS your default template, so at least when it gets used, it has the right content on it?
Are you creating patients from a PIMS or in Smart Flow itself?
