Alert Fluids and CRI on Whiteboard

It would be nice to have areas in the fluid section to alert techs to rates and changes and it show up as a treatment due on the whiteboard.

    This would be incredibly helpful to just be able to toggle on/off the filter for highlighting on the whiteboard for the people who don't want it at their practice. Also to have the option to make certain things billable under the fluid section such as new bags etc.
