Form multi-line and checkboxes - should give option of whether to print or not print any lines that are NOT selected

It is confusing for some clients to differentiate between lines that are checked (gray check) versus not checked (light check). Just let us have the option of not printing those lines that are not selected at all.

    We recently made some improvements to the way in which the unselected options display in the PDF report, please check them out HERE.
