I would like to see a condensed pdf. So for instance, if nothing is marked on a tooth, or the tooth is marked healthy, instead of listing out each individual tooth and having blank spaces below it, have a list that states something along the lines of the following:

The following teeth were marked as healthy (and then list the teeth marked), and then then following abnormalities were listed, and then list out each tooth that was marked along with the abnormalities seen.
