What about making the Group Code functionality available in the medication section? You could only have one medication that was variable in the group, but you could add on fixed price items (procedures) to that medication. This would allow us to bill for an entire vial on the same parameter as the medication dose. You would set up the medication itself like a non-billable one, but then you could add the vial (mapped as a procedure), or administration fees or other items specific for that drug if you wanted. The parameter itself would still be a medication, but you could add the extra stuff if desired?
