The request for decimal rounding to be applicable for the specific drugs or at least specific classes of drugs

Hello SmartFlow team,

The way Decimal place settings works after 16.6. iPad release requires improvement since in case of the various workflows the different drugs need to round to different numbers.

For example we need to round a table to the nearest 1/4 tab or some drugs like antibiotics to the next whole number but some anesthesia drugs etc need rounding to the hundredth.

So unfortunately the update applied to all item of the same type is not very helpful. The program really needs to be taken to the next step of rounding specific drugs or at least specific classes of drugs.
