Smarter prioritizing of options in scrolling list when adding an entry

I work at a large specialty hospital and the options in "problem list" are extremely numerous. It makes no sense that when entering "vomiting" I have to scroll through "bilious vomiting", "chronic vomiting", "chronic vomiting/diarrhea", "intermittent vomiting"..... and so many others just to get to "vomiting" alone. I realize we could cull out some entries but too many people work here and they would just reappear. It's the same problem when entering anorexia or diarrhea. The word on it's own should be the first options when typing it in.

    Hi there,

Thanks for submitting this idea. We currently have a feature in development where clinic managers will be able to lock these lists and prevent the duplicate entries from occurring in the first place. This should solve the core issue at hand here.

    Kind regards,
