If we have locum staff for a few days here and there, we have to delete their account every time they stop working for us, otherwise we would likely be in breach of European data protection law, as they can still access Smartflow from home- if we could temporarily suspend the account so that we didnt need to reenter their details every time they came back to us and could just reactivate the account that would be helpful!
