We need to sort our (boarding facility) dogs by the date they are leaving. The only way we can do this is to use the "Custom" field to enter the pick-up date. We have to train people that "Custom" = "Date Leaving" . If we want to scroll down the whiteboard sections for dogs with Medications BID, We have to put it in the"Problem" list. Since these are not linked boxes anyway, why not let the facility customize the titles so all the staff can understand and remember. Or allow us to customize the sorted view titles?
